We started this company because we have a background in managing factories. We are a technology-enabled startup with a positive social impact. Our approach is to enable the factory to empower their own workforce through digital inclusion.
We built our platform from the point of view of factory owners & managers. They are the ones who directly employ and take responsibility of workers. The problem they face is the gap in daily communication with workers, no direct feedback and the lack of data driven insights. All of which a social audit, phone conversation, group meeting or training session cannot solve. In addition the disparate and outdated systems that already exist in the industry, makes it challenging to improve worker efficiency and conditions. We change that, by giving factories a simple way to reach all their workers, without adding more work for supervisors. Since these factories are in a competitive industry, and concerned about their bottom line, we built them a way to measure ROI with real-time analytics. A workforce platform that is both automated and data driven.
Consumers are more socially conscious than ever before, making it very important for brands and retailers to work with highly compliant supplier factories. We believe, it is not about giving brands a platform to monitor their suppliers, rather give brands a platform to collaborate with their suppliers, who in turn can support their workers.
